- User content — your pieces, projects, notes, todos, submissions, audio recordings, and images, including photos submitted for handwriting scanning.
- Purchase history — subscription status for Haibun Pro (handled via the app stores and RevenueCat).
- App activity & diagnostics — basic usage and crash data used to improve the app.
How data is used

- Account management and subscriptions.
- Personalization of opportunity recommendations (Pro).
- Analytics and crash diagnostics to improve the app.
How data is handled
- Data is encrypted in transit.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private writing to train third-party AI models.
- Data is shared only with the providers needed to run Haibun (Supabase, RevenueCat, and the app stores).
Deleting your data
You can remove your data at any time:
- Delete individual content — remove any piece, project, recording, scan, or submission directly within the app.
- Delete your account— from the app, open Profile → account settings and choose to delete your account, which removes your associated data from our systems.
- Request deletion by email— if you can't access the app, email support@beyondmach5.com from your account email address and we will process your deletion request.
